About the position
As a logistics team leader at Geodis in Horst, you will work in a new and dynamic environment where innovation and collaboration are key. You will lead a team of 10–40 employees and play an important role in improving and building logistics processes. With your focus on efficiency, automation, and safety, you ensure a smooth operation and a positive working atmosphere, while further developing yourself within a growing organization.
What you will do:
- Lead a team of 10–40 employees with a focus on coaching and daily supervision
- Monitor and improve KPIs to achieve operational goals
- Support automation and new technologies and involve employees in these changes
- Ensure clear communication within the team and with other departments
- Safeguard quality and safety by following protocols and implementing improvements

- Monthly salary of €2,918 to €3,692 gross
- Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
- Full-time position of 38 to 40 hours per week
- Travel allowance from 10 km and 8% holiday allowance

Job Requirements
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for logistics processes and team development? Then you might be the person we are looking for in Horst!
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Knowledge of KPIs and logistics processes
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Fluent in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
- MBO level 4 working and thinking level, preferably in logistics
- You are available to work day shifts from 08:00 to 17:00
