About the position
As an Operator at Codi Group, you play a key role in our production process. Together with your team, you make sure our production lines run smoothly and that customers around the world receive the best quality. Each year we produce more than 200 million packs of wet wipes, delivered to over 40 countries.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and adjust production machines.
- Perform quality checks and take corrective actions when needed.
- Detect and resolve malfunctions in cooperation with the technical service team.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Contribute to the development and testing of new products and materials.With your technical insight and sense of responsibility, you ensure an efficient and reliable production process.

- A salary between €3,000 and €3,150 per month.
- A 20% shift allowance on top of your base salary.

- 25 vacation days + 13 additional leave days (ADV) per year.

Job Requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational education (MBO level) in a technical or production-related field.
- Experience as an operator in a production environment.
- Good command of Dutch or English.
- You are eager to learn, problem-solving, and precise in your work.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
