In this role, you make sure production runs smoothly by weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials into high-quality products.

- Operate and monitor machines, stepping in when adjustments are needed;
- Weigh and process raw materials with a mobile workstation (computer & scale);
- Mix and prepare semi-finished and finished products according to recipes;
- Perform quality checks and follow strict safety and hygiene procedures;
- Carry out light machine maintenance to keep production running smoothly;
- Work closely with your small team to solve issues independently and keep the flow going.

- €17.15 per hour + 20,5% shift allowance (for all hours in 3 shifts);

Job Requirements
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule;
- Preferably a completed MBO-2 degree in (process) technology or a related field;
- 1–3 years of experience as an operator, preferably in process or food industry;
- Good command of Dutch or English (both written and spoken, minimum B2);
- Comfortable working with strongly scented raw materials;
- Able to work independently as well as in a small, close-knit team.
