About the position
As a Cleanroom Operator within the preparation team, you play a key role in the production process. You support the assembly department by making sure all parts and components meet the highest quality standards. Your work directly contributes to reliable, high-quality products used by international customers.
You work in a cleanroom environment where structure, discipline, and accuracy are essential. At the same time, you are given plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and strengthen your technical skills.
Your main responsibilities include:- Receiving and inspecting incoming parts and components
- Cleaning and drying parts with high precision using ultrasonic baths
- Removing weld discoloration (heat tint) from metal components
- Cleaning process bins used within the cleanroom
- Strictly following cleanroom procedures and quality protocols
- Carefully packaging finished products and preparing shipping documents
- Reporting products as ready and transferring them to logistics
- Actively contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency
You will work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00), offering variety in your schedule and an attractive shift allowance.
What we offer
- Full-time position in a 2-shift system
- Strong prospect of a permanent contract
- Salary between €3,500 and €3,575 gross per month (including shift allowance, based on 40 hours)
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

Job Requirements
- Full-time available on short notice and willing to work in a 2-shift system
- Basic technical experience and comfortable working with tools
- Ability to read technical drawings is a strong advantage
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech environment is a plus
- Good command of English or Dutch
- Accurate, quality-driven, and able to follow procedures carefully
- Own accommodation and transport
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
