About the position
As a Cleanroom Operator, you will be part of the preparation department and help ensure that products meet strict quality requirements before moving to the next stage of production.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting incoming parts and materials.
- Cleaning and drying components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
- Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel parts.
- Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment.
- Preparing shipping labels and related documentation.
- Following cleanroom instructions and quality standards.
- Reporting completed products and transferring them to the logistics department.
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and increased efficiency.
What we offer
- A full-time position in a two-shift system (06.00-14.30 / 14.30-23.00).
- Prospect for a permanent contract.
- A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance.
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometre.

Job Requirements
- Are available full-time and willing to work in shifts.
- Have basic technical experience and enjoy practical work.
- Can work with hand tools and production equipment.
- Have basic computer skills.
- Can read technical drawings (preferred but not required).
- Have experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment (a plus).
- Speak English and/or Dutch.
- Work accurately and pay attention to detail.
- Have your own accommodation and transportation.
- Have a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
