As an operator snoep, you will contribute to the production of beloved brands like Autodrop, Fisherman’s Friend, and Skittles. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you ensure that our machines run smoothly and that the quality of our products remains consistently high. What You Will Do:
- Operate: setting up, adjusting, and monitoring machines and production processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect: performing quality checks in line with GMP and SOP procedures to maintain product standards.
- Troubleshoot: resolving minor technical issues and contributing to preventive maintenance efforts.
- Ensure: maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate: working with your team to achieve production goals efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled operator with technical insight and production experience to join our innovative team.
- MBO level 2, 3, or 4 in a technical field.
- Experience as an operator, machine operator, or production worker.
- Ability to operate, adjust, and set up machines effectively.
- Perform quality checks following GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Proficient in Dutch or English communication.
