About the position
As a Cleanroom Operator in the preparation department, you play an important role in supporting the production process. You ensure that components and materials are prepared according to strict quality standards before they move to the assembly stage. Your contribution helps guarantee the reliability and performance of advanced products supplied to customers around the world.
What You Will Do:
- Inspect incoming materials and components for quality and completeness.
- Clean and dry precision parts using ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
- Remove discoloration and residue from welded stainless steel components.
- Maintain and clean process containers used within the cleanroom environment.
- Follow cleanroom procedures, work instructions, and quality standards at all times.
- Package completed products carefully and prepare the required shipping documentation.
- Register finished products and transfer them to the logistics department.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas for greater efficiency.

- Full-time employment in a two-shift operation.

- A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,575, including shift allowance (based on a 40-hour workweek).

Job Requirements
- Available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system.
- Basic technical experience and confidence working with hand tools or production equipment.
- Ability to read technical drawings is considered an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Good communication skills in either English or Dutch.
- Accurate working attitude with strong attention to quality and procedures.
- Own accommodation and transportation.
- Proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
