About the position
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you’ll work within a small, dedicated production team that manufactures unique, high-precision machine components. Using your CNC turning expertise, you deliver top-quality parts — from single pieces to small series — and ensure every product meets strict quality standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue developing yourself, for example by mastering Siemens CNC controls or expanding your machining techniques.

- Machining: producing components accurately based on technical drawings.
- Programming: independently creating or adjusting CNC programs within the control system.
- Inspecting: performing precise interim and final measurements to guarantee top quality.
- Problem-solving: identifying deviations and taking immediate corrective action.
- Learning & Developing: continuously improving your technical skills and contributing to team development.

- Gross monthly salary of €3,800 – €4,600 (based on 40 hours)

Job Requirements

You recognize yourself in the following:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
- Familiar with CNC programming and motivated to master Siemens controls
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible
- Very good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
- MBO-level education or equivalent work and thinking skills.
- You have your own accommodation and transport
