About the position
As a CNC lathe operator, you will play an important role in producing high-quality machine components within a small, dedicated team. You will work with great precision, apply your CNC turning expertise, and ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. This role also offers plenty of opportunities to develop yourself further, for example by learning Siemens CNC control systems and expanding your technical skill set.
What You Will Do:
- Executing: performing machining operations based on technical drawings with a high level of precision and accuracy.
- Programming: independently creating or adjusting CNC programs within the machine control system.
- Inspecting: carrying out interim measurements and final inspections to guarantee top quality.
- Identifying: detecting deviations and taking the right actions to resolve them efficiently.
- Developing: continuously improving your skills, including learning Siemens CNC controls and new machining techniques.

- Gross monthly salary €3,900 – €4,700 (based on 40 hours)

Job Requirements
You are driven to deliver quality and recognize yourself in the following:
- Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
- Fulltime available (or at least 32 hours per week)
- Experience with CNC programming and motivated to learn Siemens controls
- Able to read technical drawings accurately
- You have your own accommodation and transport and live in the Boxmeer region
- Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and flexible
- Very good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
