As a High-Tech Operator / Orbital Welder, you play a crucial role in producing high-precision stainless steel components for international clients. You work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom, handling both unique parts and small series with great care and attention to detail.

Using advanced welding equipment, you program welding sequences, operate different welding heads, and ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards.

Your daily tasks include:
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings to plan and execute your work;
  • Preparing and aligning components to ensure precise results;
  • Applying purging and forming techniques to guarantee superior weld quality;
  • Performing thorough quality checks on finished products;
  • Actively contributing ideas to improve processes and increase efficiency.
With your technical expertise, you ensure that thin-walled stainless steel tubes (5–20 mm diameter) are perfectly prepared for the assembly department.
You work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00) within a motivated team that values collaboration, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-oriented high-tech professional:
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
  • Experience in precision technical work;
  • Experience in welding (preferably TIG or orbital) is highly desirable;
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent quality focus;
  • Ability to follow procedures accurately while working independently;
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
  • Good command of English or Dutch;
  • Own accommodation and transport.
