About the position
As an industrial spray painter, you will contribute to the durability and quality of metal products in our dynamic team in Wijchen. Your role involves preparing and coating metal surfaces to ensure they meet high standards of rust resistance and finish. Working alongside a team of 20 skilled professionals, you’ll play an integral part in maintaining our reputation for precision and craftsmanship. With a focus on teamwork, safety, and efficiency, you’ll help us meet production deadlines while enhancing the quality of our products.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare: metal surfaces for spray painting, ensuring they are clean and ready for treatment.
- Apply: high-quality spray coatings to achieve a durable and consistent finish.
- Inspect: products through quality checks to ensure they meet rigorous standards.
- Maintain: spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate: with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

- Monthly salary of €3,500–€3,700 gross

Job Requirements
We seek a meticulous Industrial Spray Painter with a passion for quality and teamwork.
- Proven experience in metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting
- Knowledge of the schoopering process is highly desirable
- Fluent in English or German; Dutch is an advantage
- Access to own accommodation and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
