About the position
As an operator, you’ll play a vital role in the production process at our foundry near Nijmegen, where we create high-quality iron counterweights for international clients. From preparing molds to handling liquid iron and ensuring the final product meets strict quality standards, your work will directly contribute to the success of our global operations. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team with a rich history dating back to the 19th century, working together to deliver exceptional results.
Your responsibilities will include:- Preparing molds for the foundry process, ensuring precision and readiness for production.
- Handling liquid iron safely and pouring it into molds, overseeing the cooling process for optimal outcomes.
- Removing castings from molds and preparing them for the blast cabinet with attention to detail and safety.
- Conducting thorough quality checks to ensure products meet high standards before shipment.
- Collaborating with your team to meet production goals and maintain a positive work environment.

- Permanent full-time contract for long-term stability.
- Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:30-16:30.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled production operator to join our team, contributing to high-quality manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment.
- Full-time availability with a long-term commitment.
- Experience with tools; metal industry background preferred.
- Proficiency in operating overhead cranes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Good command of English or German; Dutch is a plus.
