About the position
As a production worker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our production processes in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You’ll be working in a three-shift system, where flexibility and attention to detail are key. From operating machinery to ensuring quality control, your role will be hands-on and varied, with opportunities to learn and grow through internal training programs.
What You Will Do:
- Operate: production equipment and adjust settings as needed to maintain efficiency.
- Monitor: quality by performing regular checks and ensuring standards are met.
- Handle: raw materials, including mixing, filling, and transporting them to the right locations.
- Inspect: and maintain equipment, performing basic maintenance and reporting issues.
- Contribute: to a clean and safe workspace by adhering to safety protocols and performing cleaning tasks.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and flexible production worker who thrives in a dynamic environment and values personal growth.
- Experience with hands-on production tasks and diverse responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a 3-shift system (36+ hours weekly).
- Independent, adaptable, and eager to learn through internal training.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and operate machinery.
- MBO 3/4 education level in Production or related field.
