About the position
As a production worker metal, you will contribute to creating high-quality counterweights for mobile cranes. Your role involves working with precision and attention to detail to ensure that each product meets our quality standards. Using modern techniques and tools, you will play an essential part in the finishing process of castings, all while collaborating within a close-knit team that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
What You Will Do:
- Grinding and sanding: finishing castings using 230 grinding discs and chipping hammers.
- Removing imperfections: ensuring a smooth and clean finish on all products.
- Quality control: inspecting the finish and quality of castings to meet our standards.
- Working with tools: operating grinders, sanders, and chipping hammers efficiently.
- Safety and cleanliness: maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

- Monthly salary between €2,866 and €3,195 gross.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented production worker with a hands-on mentality and a focus on quality.
- Experience with grinding, sanding, or similar tasks is a plus.
- Proficient in operating an overhead crane is highly preferred.
- Skilled in using tools and working independently.
- Physically fit and motivated to perform hard work.
- Fluent in Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
