About the position
As a Quality Control Technician, you are responsible for the physical inspection of high-quality finished products. These products are manufactured both in series and as one-offs within a cleanroom environment. Because each product consists of multiple components and several production steps, your role is crucial in ensuring top-level quality.
During the production process, you carry out in-line inspections and perform a 100% final check before products are released from the production area.
Your responsibilities include:- Checking customer orders prior to shipment;
- Performing in-process and final inspections to identify visual and technical deviations;
- Verifying products against specifications and technical drawings;
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals;
- Measuring and checking product dimensions based on the work package;
- Preparing deviation reports in case of non-conformities;
- Communicating with colleagues and stakeholders regarding quality-related issues;
- Actively contributing ideas to improve product and process quality.
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €3,850 and €4,064 (including shift allowance), depending on experience;
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer;

Job Requirements
- Completed technical education in a relevant field;
- Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals;
- Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00);
- Experience in quality control within a technical environment (high-tech experience is a plus);
- Experience with measurement equipment;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus);
- Accurate, structured, and detail-oriented working style;
- Living in the Nijmegen area with own accommodation and transport.
