As a quality control employee you will be responsible for the physical quality control of high-quality finished products, produced in both series and one-off production within our cleanroom environment. The construction of each product is divided into several sub-activities. You will perform in-line inspections throughout the process, followed by a 100% final output check at the end of production.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Checking customer orders before they are shipped

• Performing interim and final inspections through visual checks to detect imperfections

• Verifying that products meet all specifications shown in technical drawings

• Reading and interpreting working drawings and manuals

• Measuring and checking product dimensions against the work package

• Preparing deviation reports for internal process deviations

• Consulting and communicating with stakeholders on quality issues

• Proposing improvements to enhance overall quality in the production line


You will join the Quality Control team in the cleanroom at the final stage of the production process, ensuring that every finished product fully meets customer expectations.

What we offer

Alongside a challenging full-time role with substantial responsibility and the potential for a permanent contract, we offer:
• An attractive starting salary between €3,800 and €4,000 gross per month (including shift allowance), depending on your experience
• 25 vacation days per year plus 8% vacation pay
• Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer

Job Requirements

• Completed technical education in a relevant field

• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals

• Full-time availability in short term and willingness to work in a 2-shift system (06:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00)

• Experience in quality control (ideally in a high-tech environment)

• Familiarity with equipment for taking precise measurements is a plus

• Good working knowledge of MS Office

• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)

• Strong accuracy and structure and you believe that quality comes first

• You have your own accommodation and transport
