About the position
As a welder on our construction team, you’ll play a key role in crafting and assembling high-quality trailers that are used worldwide. Working with the latest techniques, you’ll ensure every component meets the highest standards. Your expertise in MIG/MAG welding and ability to interpret technical drawings will be essential to delivering a flawless product. Together with your team, you’ll contribute to a production process that you can take pride in every day.
What you’ll be doing:- Performing MIG/MAG welding on structural components according to technical specifications.
- Assembling parts into complete trailers with precision and care.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, including the upkeep of tools and measuring equipment.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure your work meets accuracy and compliance standards.
- Collaborating on process improvements to optimize production efficiency.
What we offer
- Starting salary between € 3000 and € 3400 gross per month.
- Permanent contract with a TOP 100 production company.
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- 38 days off annually (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days).
- Travel allowance of € 0.23 net per kilometer (for distances over 10 km).
- Work in day shifts (07:30 - 16:15) using modern techniques in a supportive and innovative environment.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a skilled MIG/MAG welder who values precision and teamwork.
- Proven experience with MIG/MAG welding and reading technical drawings.
- Full-time availability for day shifts (07:30 - 16:15).
- Proficient in Dutch, English, or German communication.
- Own accommodation and own transport.
- Team-oriented, eager to learn, and adaptable mindset.
