About the position
As a production employee in the flex pool at Mauser, you contribute to the production of plastic drums that are used worldwide in the chemical industry and agriculture.
You work in a dynamic production environment where safety and quality are central. With your physical fitness and attention to detail, you ensure that every product meets the required standards.
You work in shifts, which requires flexibility and a structured approach.
What you will do:
- Tightening of caps and lids on plastic drums
- Closing and finishing of plastic drums
- Stacking and moving drums to the correct locations
- Performing quality checks on the final product
Working hours
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 23:00
- 23:00 – 07:00

- Hourly salary of €16.82 plus 28% shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Work between 24 and 40 hours per week.
- 24 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and 3% year-end bonus.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a physically active and adaptable team player who thrives in a structured production environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with a fast-paced work tempo
- Available for rotating shifts with weekly schedule updates
- Own transportation to Mauser in Oosterhout
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English at minimum B1 level
- Experience in production or similar environments is a plus
