Job Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Officer who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • MBO/HBO education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in customer care/order management, preferably international.
  • Fluent in English and French (near-native proficiency required).
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office is a plus.
  • Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Amersfoort.
