About the position
As an Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you will be responsible for preparing and processing raw materials that are used in products worldwide — from food and beverages to perfumes and cleaning agents. You’ll work with modern equipment such as mobile computer stations, scales, SAP, and digital systems to ensure flawless production.

- Weighing and processing raw materials with accuracy and responsibility
- Preparing and monitoring production batches according to strict recipes
- Ensuring correct labeling, safety, and quality checks on all materials
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00

- €17.91 gross hourly wage (excl. allowances)
- 20.5% shift allowance paid on every hour worked
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and a 13th month bonus
- Travel reimbursement of €0.21 per km

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an operator or in a production environment
- Familiar with working in a 3-shift system
- Strong focus on safety, hygiene, and accuracy
- Physically fit; comfortable lifting up to 20 kg and working with scented raw materials
- Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English (B1 level or higher)
- Reliable, precise, and motivated to grow in a long-term role
