About the position
As a leading hand operations, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics hub in Venlo, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and motivating a large team of over 50 colleagues. Your role is pivotal in maintaining efficiency and delivering exceptional service, aligning with UPS’s mission to connect people and businesses worldwide. You’ll face the exciting challenge of balancing personnel and volume planning while driving continuous improvement in our processes.
Your responsibilities include:- Planning and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflows.
- Creating backup plans to address unexpected absences or disruptions.
- Leading daily PCM meetings to update the team on performance, planning, and company news.
- Coaching, training, and motivating team members to achieve their best results.
- Conducting monthly performance reviews to support team development and growth opportunities.

- Starting salary of €2,806 gross per month.
- Temporary contract with a view to permanent employment.
- Full-time role, 32-40 hours per week.
