About the position
As a machine operator at Scheuten Glas in Venlo, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Working with advanced equipment, you’ll be responsible for setting up and adjusting machines for various production runs, maintaining our high-quality standards, and addressing any deviations. Your precision and technical expertise will directly contribute to the creation of innovative glass products that meet our customers’ expectations. With a supportive team and a structured 3-shift system, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You working from Monday until Friday: 5.30 - 14.00, 14.00 - 22.30 and 22.30 - 5.30. The nightshift start at Sunday 21.30!
Your responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting machinery for different production runs.
- Monitoring production quality and change deviations promptly.
- Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting (basic) technical issues.
- Collaborating with team members
- Adhering to documented procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Clean up your workspace.
