About the position
As a line lead at Abbott’s dynamic logistics center in Breda, you’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth production processes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Your leadership will directly impact the preparation of medical nutritional products for global distribution, making a tangible difference in the lives of customers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and coordinating a team of 6-10 operators to ensure an efficient workflow on the Product Finishing line.
- Working together with your operators on the Product Finishing Line.
- Starting your journey as a Product Finishing operator during the first month to familiarize yourself with the team and processes.
- Conducting quality inspections and addressing defects to uphold Abbott’s high-quality standards.
- Optimizing production processes to meet planning schedules efficiently and effectively.
- Fostering a safe and productive work environment by adhering to and promoting safety and quality protocols.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive line lead with leadership skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a line lead position
- Fluent in Dutch or English
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Understanding of safety and quality standards
