About the position
As a Machine Operator/ Production Worker at Scheuten Glas in Venlo North, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production of high-quality flat glass products. Working in a clean, temperature-controlled environment, you’ll operate and maintain advanced machinery while collaborating with a supportive team to meet shared goals. What you will do:- Operate various processing machines and production lines, following established procedures and specifications.
- Monitor production quality and proactively address any deviations or issues.
- Independently set up machines for different production runs, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery to ensure consistent and reliable operations.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator with technical skills and a proactive mindset to join our innovative team in Venlo.
- MBO 1/2 -level education in a technical field.
- Experience machines and production line setups.
- Ability to independently operate, adjust, and maintain machinery.
- Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
- Strong focus on quality control and adherence to procedures.
