About the position
At the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) in Utrecht, your work as a medewerker ondersteuning biometrie directly impacts the lives of Ukrainian customers seeking a new start in the Netherlands. You’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth collection and processing of biometric data, contributing to a seamless experience for every customer. This role combines precision, customer interaction, and administrative expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful, detail-oriented work.
Your responsibilities include:- Welcoming customers at the reception and verifying their scheduled appointments.
- Collecting biometric data from Ukrainian customers in line with established procedures.
- Accurately processing and maintaining customer data in internal systems.
- Providing guidance and support to customers during their visit, acting as their main point of contact.
- Occasionally working evenings or Saturdays to accommodate customer needs.

What we offer
- Competitive hourly salary between €18.38 and €22.85 based on experience.
- Immediate pension contributions from your first working day.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support biometric processes for Ukrainian clients.
- MBO 3/4 diploma in an administrative field.
- Affinity with Ukrainian clients and their needs.
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks long-term.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Dutch is a plus.
