About the position
As a MIG/MAG welder, you contribute to the production of high-quality trailers that are used worldwide. You perform precise welding work and assemble components based on technical drawings, ensuring every product meets strict quality standards. You work in a collaborative and informal environment where your craftsmanship and input on process improvements are highly appreciated.
What you will do:- Welding: performing MIG/MAG welding on structural components according to technical specifications
- Assembly: assembling parts into complete trailers and ensuring perfect fit of all components
- Maintenance: keeping your workspace and tools clean, organized, and in good condition
- Inspection: checking welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy and correcting deviations
- Improvement: contributing ideas to improve working methods and efficiency
What we offer
- Starting salary between €3,250 and €3,500 gross per month
- Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
- Full-time role (40 hours per week) in day shifts
- 38 days off per year (25 vacation days + 13 ADV days)
- Travel allowance of €0.23 net per kilometer (>10 km)

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding and reading technical drawings
- Full-time availability for day shifts (07:30 – 16:15)
- Good command of Dutch or English, spoken and written
- MBO level 4 education, preferably in production or manufacturing
- Team player with a learning mindset and open to new technologies
