About the position
As an operator in the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play a key role in transforming raw materials into high-quality fragrance components used worldwide in food, cosmetics, and cleaning products. Working in a 3-shift system, you’ll be part of a dynamic team where precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are essential. This role offers you the opportunity to grow into an allround operator while contributing to the production of innovative products.
What You Will Do:
- Collecting: raw materials based on recipes using a mobile weighing station with a computer and scale.
- Weighing: and processing ingredients accurately, sometimes handling up to 30 components per batch.
- Mixing: and preparing fragrance materials for further processing in production.
- Operating: and monitoring equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Maintaining: a safe, clean, and organized workplace while following all safety and quality regulations.

- Gross hourly wage of €17.38 + 20.5% shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) in a 3-shift system.

- 13 ADV days and a 13th month included in a flex budget.
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km for your daily commute.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented operator with a passion for quality and teamwork to join our 3-shift production team.
- Minimum 3 years of production experience (food, pharma, or process).
- Fulltime availability for a 3-shift system.
- MBO level 4 work and thinking ability.
- Reliable, independent, and comfortable with strong scents.
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 20 kg.
