What you will do:- Transport large plant containers using a flat cart to designated areas within the greenhouse.
- Collaborate with colleagues by assisting with packing tasks during busy periods or at other locations when needed.
- Ensure efficient logistics by delivering plants to the right place at the right time.
- Learn and improve your skills in operating the flat cart and handling logistics processes.
- Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere within the team through teamwork and mutual support.
What we offer
At Plant World, we value your contributions and strive to provide a supportive environment where you can thrive professionally and personally. Here’s what we offer:
- Salary between €2,550 and €2,700 per month (38 hours).
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time workweek of 38 to 40 hours.
- Fixed working hours: Mon-Thu (7:30-16:00), Fri (6:30-15:00).
- Extra breaks on warm days in the greenhouse.
- An informal, international atmosphere with a close-knit team.
Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and proactive logistics employee who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Experience with physical work in a logistics setting.
- Willingness to work longer hours on Mondays.
- Ability to work independently and accurately in a greenhouse.
- Flexibility to assist at other locations during busy periods.
- No diploma required, but eager to learn and motivated.
