Production employee 3 shifts

• Accurately weigh and mix liquid ingredients according to precise quality standards;
• Monitor the quality and quantity of ingredients to ensure top-notch production;
• Process and transport finished products to the correct departments;
• Operate and adjust production equipment for optimal performance;
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.

• A versatile role in a 3 shift system;
• A gross hourly wage of €17.15 per hour (excluding shift allowance);
• Shift allowance of 20% on top of each worked hour;
• Prospects for a permanent contract based on good performance;
• Opportunities for growth to an operator role within IFF;
• Travel allowance: €0.21 per km.

• Experience in a production environment, for example, as a production worker. Someone with logistics experience and an interest in the production process could also be a good fit;
• You are detail-oriented and adhere to safety regulations;
• You have a good command of Dutch and/or English;
• Experience as a reach truck driver is a plus, but internal training is available.
