About the position
As a production operator, you will play an important role in the production process of counterweights for forklift trucks and mobile cranes. After the iron parts are poured into molds and have hardened, your task will be to refine and smooth the surfaces using tools like grinders and sanders. You’ll work closely with a small team of 4 colleagues, ensuring the quality of the final product while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has experience with tools, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
What You Will Do:
- Refine: smooth and finish iron parts using tools such as grinders and sanders.
- Operate: use an overhead crane to safely move and position products during the production process.
- Inspect: check the quality of finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate: work effectively with your team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain: ensure your tools and workspace are clean and in good working condition.
What we offer
- Earn a salary between € 2912 and € 3023 gross per month for a 40-hour workweek, including ADV compensation.
- Secure a full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract.
- Work 38-40 hours per week with fixed daytime hours, Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Job Requirements
