- Packing sliced or block cheese and preparing it for dispatch
- Checking labels and ensuring product quality
- Keeping your work area clean and following safety guidelines
- Working together with your team to maintain steady production flow
Shift Times
- Morning: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night: 22:00 – 06:00

- Base hourly wage of €16.31
- 30% evening shift allowance (18:00–22:00)
- 40% night shift allowance (22:00–06:00)
- 8% holiday pay + 24 vacation days (flex budget)
- Travel reimbursement from 10 km
- Potential for a permanent contract
Job Requirements
We are seeking a reliable and motivated team player who thrives in a structured production environment.
- Comfortable handling 15 kg cheese blocks regularly
- Speaks Dutch and/or English at B2+ proficiency level.
- Living near Kaatsheuvel, Tilburg or Waalwijk, or able to commute independently
- Willing to work in 2 or 3 shifts
- Available at least 3 days per week

Founded in 1956, Uniekaas is the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands. We produce high‑quality cheese using traditional Gouda methods. Our Kaatsheuvel site is easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, Waalwijk, Dongen, Drunen and other nearby cities.
