About the position
As a productiemedewerker, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our modern production lines in the flat glass industry. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where collaboration and safety are key. With a structured onboarding program of 4–6 weeks, you’ll gain the skills needed to operate semi-automated CNC machines and ensure high-quality output. This role offers variety, from machine operation to quality control, in a 3-shift system that keeps the work engaging and fast-paced.
Responsibilities:
- Operating: semi-automated CNC machines and performing tasks such as assembling, packaging, and stacking according to production schedules.
- Inspecting: and recording product quality, taking action when deviations occur.
- Maintaining: and cleaning machines and the workspace, following established guidelines for first-line maintenance.
- Troubleshooting: recurring issues and reporting machine or production problems to the meewerkend voorman.
- Collaborating: with your team to achieve production goals in a 3-shift system while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
What we offer
- Hourly salary of €19.13 including shift allowance, based on a 3-shift schedule.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented production worker with a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a production environment is required.
- Knowledge of CNC machines is a plus.
- Proficient in Dutch, German, and/or English communication.
- Basic PC and operating system skills.
