About the position
As a Cleanroom Operator within the preparation team, you play a key role in the production process. You support the assembly department by ensuring that all parts and components meet the highest quality standards, directly contributing to reliable products for international customers.
Your main responsibilities include:- Receiving and inspecting incoming parts and components;
- Carefully cleaning and drying parts using ultrasonic baths;
- Removing weld discoloration (heat tint) from metal components;
- Cleaning process bins used for transporting parts within the cleanroom;
- Strictly following quality procedures and cleanroom protocols;
- Accurately packaging finished products and preparing shipment documentation;
- Reporting products as ready and transferring them to the logistics team;
- Proactively contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiency;
- In the near future, you will be trained to operate production machines such as cutting and bending machines.

Job Requirements
- Full-time availability on short notice and willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
- Basic technical experience and ability to work with tools;
- Ability to read technical drawings is a strong advantage;
- Basic computer/PC skills;
- Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech environment is a plus;
- Good command of English or Dutch;
- Accurate, disciplined, and quality-driven working style;
- Own accommodation and transportation;
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
