About the position
As a Production Worker, you will support various parts of the production process. Your tasks include:
- Packaging different types of cheese according to quality guidelines.
- Assisting with cutting and processing cheese for shipment to customers.
- Working together with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Performing quality checks to make sure products meet FrieslandCampina’s high standards.
- Working with modern machines and production lines.
You will work in rotating shifts within a 3-shift schedule:
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00
What we offer
Working at FrieslandCampina means working for a stable international company with excellent employment conditions. You can expect:
- Salary of €17.13 per hour, excluding shift allowances.
- Shift allowance between 30% and 40%.
- Flex pool / part-time contract with opportunities to grow.
- 8% holiday allowance and 5% year-end bonus.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (maximum €13.80 per day).
- Opportunities for training, for example in quality control and packaging processes.
