As a Cleanroom Operator within the preparation team, you play a vital role in the production process. You support the assembly department by ensuring that all parts and components meet the highest quality standards, directly contributing to reliable products for international customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming parts and components
  • Accurately cleaning and drying parts using ultrasonic baths
  • Removing weld discoloration (heat tint) from metal components
  • Cleaning process bins used for transporting parts within the cleanroom
  • Strictly following quality procedures and cleanroom protocols
  • Carefully packaging finished products and preparing shipping documentation
  • Reporting products as ready and transferring them to the logistics team
  • Proactively contributing ideas to improve processes and efficiencyIn addition, you will have the opportunity to grow within the role. In the near future, you will be trained to operate production machines such as cutting and bending machines.

You will work in a cleanroom environment where precision and discipline are essential. The position operates in a 2-shift system: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and disciplined candidate who enjoys working in a structured and high-quality environment:
  • Available full-time on short notice and willing to work in a 2-shift system
  • Has basic technical experience and is comfortable using tools
  • Ability to read technical drawings is a strong plus
  • Possesses basic computer/PC skills
  • Experience in a cleanroom or high-tech environment is an advantage
  • Good command of English or Dutch
  • Works accurately, follows procedures, and has a strong focus on quality
  • Has own accommodation and transport
  • Shows discipline and a proactive work attitude
