Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and coordinating daily operations for a large team of employees in our warehouse.
- Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to your supervisor with clear and accurate analyses.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Motivating and supporting team members to create a positive and productive atmosphere.

Job Requirements
We are seeking an analytical and experienced team leader to optimize logistics processes and foster a positive work environment.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and warehouse processes.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Interest in project management and process improvement.
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and quality management systems is a plus.
