About the position
As a truck driver, you will contribute to the seamless flow of our logistics operations within the transport department. Your role involves ensuring that trailers are efficiently loaded and moved across our site, working closely with the production team and team leader. With your proactive attitude and experience in operating motor trailers, you’ll play a key part in maintaining our daily logistics processes. This position operates in a 2-shift system, including one night shift every two weeks.
What You Will Do:
- Trailers: efficiently load trailers with compost on the company premises;
- Movement: drive trailers to the correct locations within the site;
- Communication: maintain close contact with production staff and the team leader to update on your progress;
- Technical checks: inspect the technical condition of yard trucks and report any issues;
- Support: act as the point of contact for external drivers arriving outside standard working hours.

- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and flexible truck driver who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment.
- Valid C driving license and relevant driving experience.
- Full-time availability for 2-shift work, including night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on, practical attitude.
- VMBO education level, preferably in logistics.
About the company
You will strengthen the transport department at an agricultural company in the Boxmeer region. The work location is easy to reach from e.g. Nijmegen, Boxmeer, Venray and even from German cities like Goch or Kleve.
