About the position
As a warehouse clerk at UPS, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient handling of goods in our warehouse. Your role involves maintaining accuracy and compliance with ISO and UPS standards while collaborating with a dynamic team. With your proactive mindset and attention to detail, you’ll help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What You Will Do:
- Receiving and putting away: efficiently process incoming goods and verify them against documentation.
- Order management: handle order entry, picking, and packing of goods with precision.
- Cycle counting: perform regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.
- Shipping preparation: prepare goods for shipment, ensuring compliance with shipping guidelines and proper documentation in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Workplace maintenance: contribute to a clean and organized workspace to start each day fresh and ready.

- A salary starting at €14.80 per hour.
- A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
- A full-time workweek of 40 hours.
- 29 leave days
- Travel allowance for commutes over 10 km.
- Shift allowances: 25% after 19:00, 50% on Saturdays, 100% on Sundays.
- Comprehensive training, including safety and equipment use.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to strengthen our logistics team with technical expertise and a collaborative spirit.
- LBO degree or equivalent logistics education.
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Reachtruck, forklift, or EPT certification preferred.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Basic English skills for documentation tasks.
