About the position
What You Will Do:
- Assemble: steel pallets and frames to support our industrial containers.
- Finish: and prepare metal components to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Inspect: products coming off the machines for defects or inconsistencies.
- Troubleshoot: minor issues with the support of your colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
- Maintain: a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

- Hourly wage starting at €16.02, up to €22.21 with allowances.
- Temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on team player who thrives in a dynamic production environment and is eager to learn and grow.
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with physical tasks in a production setting.
- Quick learner, open to mastering new responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a 5-shift rotation.
- Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English (B1 level).
About the company
Mauser manufactures and distributes plastic products across Europe. At our Oosterhout facility, we produce a wide range of drums, jugs, and hollow containers using the extrusion blow molding process.
