About the position
As an assembly worker, you will be a key part of producing high-quality wooden frames, windows, and doors. You’ll work with modern machines and tools, ensuring each product meets our strict quality standards. Your daily tasks include:
- Assembling wooden components into complete frames, windows, and doors.
- Pre-assembly work, preparing products for the paint shop.
- Spraying frames in various RAL colors according to guidelines.
- Finishing products, including installing hinges and locks.
- Preparing products for transport to the finishing department.
- Using modern machines and high-quality tools safely and efficiently.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,400 (based on 40 hours).
- Full-time position: 37.5 hours per week.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and precise team player who is eager to learn and contribute. You:
- Have experience in wooden window frame and door production (preference).
- Work independently and with attention to detail.
- Are solution-oriented and keen to develop your skills.
- Communicate well in English.
- Have reliable transport to Wijchen.
