About the position
As an operator, you will play a key role in the production of sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry. You’ll be working in a clean and modern production environment, operating within a 3-shift system. Together with your team, you ensure that production processes run efficiently, hygiene standards are maintained, and high-quality products are consistently delivered.
With your technical knowledge and hands-on mentality, you contribute to a smooth-running operation and actively think along in improving processes.
What you will do:
- Collect raw materials and prepare supplies for production
- Set up and operate various machines, including process mixers
- Monitor key production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency
- Operate packaging machines within a cleanroom environment
- Perform quality checks by taking samples and identifying any deviations
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and support continuous production
What we offer
- A gross monthly salary between €4,125 and €4,375 (including shift allowance and annual bonus, based on 40 hours)
- Strong prospect of a permanent contract in a full-time position
- Working 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system

Job Requirements
- MBO+ technical education and experience in the food or chemical industry
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
- Strong technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
- Own accommodation and reliable transportation
