About the position
At Scheuten Glas in Venlo, you’ll be at the heart of producing high-quality glass products that shape modern construction and infrastructure. As a machine operator, you’ll work in a dynamic 3-shift system, operating advanced machinery while ensuring precision, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:- Operating glass processing machines, such as cutting and CNC machines, to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Setting up production parameters and adjusting machines to meet specific product requirements.
- Inspecting glass products to ensure they meet internal quality standards before delivery.
- Performing minor maintenance and repairs on machinery to minimize downtime.
- Collaborating with your team to optimize production processes and maintain a safe working environment.

- A starting salary of €3149 gross per month, including shift allowance.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- A full-time position of 38 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- 8% holiday allowance to enjoy well-deserved breaks.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- A bonus scheme that can add up to €2500 gross annually.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented machine operator who thrives in a dynamic glass production environment.
- Full-time availability for 3-shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night).
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks efficiently.
- Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic computer skills for production system operations.
- Proficient in Dutch, German, or English for effective communication.
