As a teamleader logistiek at Geodis in Venlo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations and driving innovation within a dynamic logistics environment. Your responsibilities include:- Leading and managing a team of 10-40 employees to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitoring KPIs and using data-driven insights to optimize processes and achieve performance goals.
- Introducing automation and robotic solutions, while training your team to adapt to new technologies.
- Encouraging open communication and collaboration within the team to enhance teamwork and productivity.
- Ensuring quality and safety by conducting regular inspections and adhering to safety protocols.

- A monthly salary between €3034 and €3840 gross, reflecting your expertise and experience.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a proactive logistics leader with a passion for process optimization and team management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader.
- Proficient in KPI monitoring and logistics processes.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (B2 level or higher).
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
