About the position
Your role as a warehouse employee at UPS Healthcare is all about ensuring the smooth flow of logistics processes in the healthcare sector. Working in either Venlo or Roermond, you’ll contribute to the timely and accurate handling of medical products, ensuring they reach hospitals and healthcare institutions safely. Using modern tools like electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners, you’ll work in a collaborative team environment where attention to detail, flexibility, and safety are key.
What You Will Do:
- Inspecting: check incoming goods and perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Order processing: pick, pack, and prepare medical products for shipment with precision.
- Registering: record all incoming and outgoing goods in the system accurately.
- Loading and unloading: handle shipments safely using electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners.
- Team collaboration: contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting your colleagues and maintaining open communication.

- Salary: €15.40 gross per hour.
- Contract: Temporary with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- Working hours: 40 hours per week.
- Shift allowance: 25% extra after 7:00 PM.
- Travel allowance: up to €9.47 per day.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented team player with a proactive attitude to support our healthcare logistics operations.
- MBO level 1 diploma or equivalent education level
- Willing to apply for a VOG (certificate of good conduct)
- Experience in healthcare or logistics is a plus
- Comfortable working in shifts and flexible hours
- Proficient with electric pallet trucks and barcode scanners
