About the position
As a production employee in our IBC department, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality industrial containers that meet our customers’ needs. Working in a 5-shift rotation, you’ll play an important role in maintaining smooth production processes while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on mentality, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn on the job.
What You Will Do:
- assemble: steel pallets and frames to support industrial containers
- finish: metal parts to prepare them for production
- inspect: products coming off the machines to ensure they meet quality standards
- troubleshoot: minor issues and assist colleagues with production tasks
- maintain: a clean and safe working environment in your designated area

Job Requirements
We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals ready to excel in a dynamic production environment.
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach.

- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a structured 5-shift schedule.
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and/or English (B1 level).
