About the position
As a production packer at Uniekaas, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our cheese production line. You will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, ensuring our products meet high quality standards. This role requires physical strength to handle cheese blocks up to 15 kg, attention to detail, and good communication skills in English or Dutch (A2+ level).

- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace; report any problems promptly
- Handle 15 kg cheese blocks carefully, placing them on the conveyor belt
- Wrap and package cut cheese blocks for shipment
- Support team members to keep the production line running smoothly
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues to meet production targets and quality standards

- Hourly wage between €15.52 and €21.72 (depending on shift and experience)
- Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment
- Evening and night shift premiums up to 140%
- Travel allowance from 10 km one way

Job Requirements
- Comfortable lifting 15 kg cheese blocks
- Living near Kaatsheuvel or having reliable transport
- Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English (B2 level preferred)
- Willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
- Minimum availability of 3 days per week for varying shifts
