About the position
As a production worker, you are an integral part of our team in Nijmegen, ensuring the cultivation of high-quality sprouting vegetables. Working in a dynamic and informal family business, your efforts directly contribute to delivering fresh, sustainable products to supermarkets, horeca, and retailers both nationally and internationally. Your responsibilities include:- Operating and setting up production equipment used in the cultivation process.
- Manually handling and processing products to maintain quality standards.
- Monitoring and ensuring hygiene and quality throughout the production process.
- Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team in an informal work atmosphere.
- Contributing to a smooth workflow by being flexible and proactive in your tasks.

Job Requirements

- You have VMBO-level education in logistics or a related field.
- You are physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
- You are flexible and willing to work in shifts.
- You have a technical aptitude and enjoy working with machinery.
- Experience in a production environment is a plus.
