About the position
For our client IFF in Tilburg, we are looking for motivated candidates with an eye for quality. You will work on the fragrance department, where raw materials are processed into products found on shelves worldwide.
As an upcoming operator, you will work with a mobile station. Based on recipes, you will collect, weigh, and process various raw materials (powders and liquids). You play an important role in the production process and directly contribute to products used by people every day.
Your Responsibilities
As an upcoming operator, you will work with a mobile station. Based on recipes, you will collect, weigh, and process various raw materials (powders and liquids). You play an important role in the production process and directly contribute to products used by people every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Collecting raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station;
- Accurately weighing and processing ingredients (sometimes up to 30 per batch);
- Mixing and preparing fragrance materials for further processing;
- Checking product quality;
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment;
- Coordinating with colleagues and supervisors during shift briefings.

- 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage of €19.42 (excluding allowances);
- 30% shift allowance on all hours worked;
- 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and a 13th month;
- Opportunity for a permanent contract at IFF;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.
Job Requirements
- Good command of Dutch and/or English (minimum level B1);
- Experience in production, logistics, or another practical work environment;
- Accurate and detail-oriented;
- Willingness to work in a shift system;
- No objection to working with fragrances or chemical substances;
- Physically fit and able to work well in a team environment.
