About the position
As a warehouse employee you will be part of a friendly team of around 15 employees. Together, you will be responsible for the complete logistics flow – from goods receipt to final delivery. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

- Picking, packing, and preparing customer and internal orders for shipment;
- Receiving and administratively processing incoming goods;
- Loading and unloading trucks;
- Internal transport of goods using forklifts, EPTs, and possibly reach trucks;
- Order picking using packing slips and digital systems;
- Carrying out periodic stock counts;
- Reporting damages, shortages, or unsafe situations and actively suggesting improvements;
- Working closely with other departments (cross-training) to optimize logistics processes and meet delivery deadlines;
- Performing general warehouse tasks, including keeping the workspace tidy, recycling, and maintaining equipment.

Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and takes responsibility:
- MBO level of working and thinking, with relevant experience in logistics;
- Full-time availability during daytime hours and preferably available at short notice;
- Experience with forklifts and EPT (reach truck experience is a plus);
- A valid forklift certificate is a plus;
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn;
- You have your own accommodation and transport;
- Able to work independently and accurately, with a hands-on mindset;
- Comfortable working with computers (for stock registration and packing slips);
- Good command the English language (Dutch is a plus).

You will be working for a hightecg organization operating in international markets. The warehouse team consists of around 15 colleagues, where cooperation, quality, and knowledge sharing are key. It is a professional and innovative company offering a pleasant working atmosphere and varied tasks. The location is in Nijmegen and easily accessible from Arnhem, Tiel, Oss, and German cities such as Kleve and Goch.
