About the position
As an Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing sustainable raw materials for the agricultural industry. Working in a 3-shift system, you will ensure smooth production processes, uphold strict hygiene standards, and maintain consistent product quality. With your technical skills and hands-on mentality, you’ll help keep operations running efficiently while being part of a motivated and supportive team. In this role, you and your colleagues will be responsible for:
- Collecting raw materials and preparing supplies for production.
- Setting up and operating various machines, including process mixers.
- Monitoring key parameters during production.
- Operating packaging machines in a cleanroom environment.
- Performing quality checks by taking and submitting samples.
- Troubleshooting and solving technical issues with equipment.
- Completing administrative and reporting tasks.

Job Requirements
We’re seeking a proactive, hands-on professional who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate has:
- MBO+ level of (technical) education and experience as a (process) operator, preferably in the food or chemical industry
- Good command of the English language
- A solid understanding of working with protocols and hygienic standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
- Technical skills to resolve machine-related issues
- You have your own accommodation and transport
- A flexible and solution-oriented mindset
- The ability to work independently and with attention to detail
- A strong sense of responsibility and quality focus
